Regional Manager for an established financial services provider (Ref: 1005010)

Company Profile: Our clients group comprises of four distinct but interrelated entities. Our clients main operations are: audit; assurance services; accounting; tax; legal; HR; consultancy services and fiduciary services.
Reporting to: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall development of the Malta office of a fund administration company - a wholly owned subsidiary of a fund administration company located in the Isle of Man. Furthermore, applicant will also be responsible for all operational and business development activities aimed at the growth of the business to provide a full suite of third party Fund Administration services. Candidate will explore and actively pursue business development opportunities while working closely with the parent company in Malta to progress client prospects from proposal to launch whilst subsequently manage the ongoing provision of all back office administration services provided to all the Malta office sourced clients, administered both directly by the Malta office and as supported by the Parent company’s Isle of Man office. Other responsibilities include the management of clients and intermediaries so as to resolve key issues.
Candidate Profile: This position calls for a self motivated and analytical team player with excellent communication and leadership skills. Applicant must have core knowledge of all aspects of Fund Administration from incorporation and establishment of new funds (core understanding of legal frameworks) to application of day to day Fund administration capabilities (accounting, compliance and statutory applications). The ideal candidate will preferably hold a relevant professional qualification and/or be able to demonstrate a solid track record of senior management experience in a Fund Environment.
Salary and Benefits: €40,000 - €60,000 per annum
