VIP Department Manager for the global leader in the electronic scratch card market (Ref: 1003016)

Reporting to: Customer Services Director
Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be mainly responsible for: creating and revising department protocols for improving processes and procedures in the VIP Department; creating and liaising with the Marketing Department to develop online recruitment of high value players; managing the VIP page in collaboration with the Product Department; developing and managing existing VIP reward program to increase the dub member’s loyalty / player satisfaction; managing VIP specific promotions and bonuses while reporting on profitability along with revising and implementing the New VIP Department. He/she will also be expected to produce internal and external management reports; have weekly and monthly Department meetings with team leaders and PAM’s; prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly summary presentations and attend periodic soft skills and managerial training.
Candidate Profile: This post calls for an energetic, self motivated and ambitious individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. The selected candidate should be sales and target oriented coupled with strong management abilities to motivate, support and lead a multicultural team in a busy and hectic environment. Applicant must have an A Level Standard of education and will have previous experience in a customer support role in the gaming industry along with experience in online loyalty programs and managing VIP players. Previous experience in sales and marketing will also be considered an asset.
Salary and Benefits: €25,000 - €33,000 per annum
