Michael J Zammit - Group CEO Michael J Zammit is the CEO of CSB Group, having overall responsibility for the Group’s day-to-day operations. With over 12 years experience in professional company management, Michael plays an active part in the general servicing of the group’s international client portfolio, besides developing and expanding further the group’s current business. Michael also provides consultancy and guidance to some of the world's leading iGaming operators licensed in Malta, following the accumulation of a wealth of experience gained in the ecommerce world and also through his role as external consultant to a number of online gaming operators establishing themselves in Malta over the past years. Further, Michael is Co Franchise Owner of RE/MAX Prestige, a fully fledged Real Estate office, independently owned and operated. Michael is a member of the Malta Institute of Financial Services Practitioners (IFSP) and the Institute’s respective Sub-Committee for Marketing and Promotion; the Malta Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise; the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA). He founded the Group in 1987, after twenty years experience in a family business then established in the trading and packaging industry. His experience in both domestic and international markets, coupled with the changes in consumer attitudes and the rapid development of the international market, led him to believe that the Financial and Commercial Services industry was Malta's future. Consequently, he ventured into providing an array of specialised business and commercial services promoting, supporting and protecting both the larger and smaller organisations within the Local & International Business Community. Tony is a member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners and of the Institute of Credit Management (UK). He acts as consultant to the Board of Directors of CSB Group providing strong guidance in connection with external matters and the development of policy, strategy and procedures. (Lond.), LL.D. - Group Legal Counsel Andrew is a practicing lawyer who acts as legal counsel to CSB Group and its clients, providing legal assistance in the areas of his expertise - namely corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisition, investment and financial services regulation, hedge fund registration, e-commerce law, employment law, vessel registration and finance and immovable property law - further complementing CSB Group's commitment to delivering corporate services of the highest standard and quality to its clients. After reading law at the University of Malta and obtaining a Doctor of Laws degree in 1999, Andrew furthered his studies at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, where he was conferred with a Masters of Law degree in company law, financial services law and international trade law in 2000. He was called to the bar in Malta in 2001 and has since been engaged in private legal practice in Malta. He joined the Group in June 2006. Andrew holds office as director of various companies within the CSB Group, a group of companies providing inter-disciplinary professional services to which the firm is closely affiliated, including CSB Trustees & Fiduciaries Ltd, a company authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority to act as trustee of both local and foreign trusts and generally hold client assets on trust or on a fiduciary basis, and OCRA (Malta) Limited, a member of the OCRA Worldwide network. He is certified by The Institute of Financial Services Practitioners in Malta as a Trust Law and Administration practitioner, and is a member of the Malta Chamber of Advocates, International Bar Association, International Tax Practitioners Association, International Fiscal Association, Malta Maritime Law Association, International Masters of Gaming Law, Institute for Financial Services Practitioners and FinanceMalta Andrew lectures Corporate and Business Law with the Malta Institute of Accountants and regularly contributes academic articles relating to the areas of his legal practice to various publications and online information resources.
